On my recent visit to Germany, I made my way to Geislingen for something truly special: Doom an der Steige. The event was packed with crushing performances from Mirror of Deception, Naevus, and Dawn Of Winter, an absolute FEAST for any doom fan. The venue, MieV – Musikerinitiative e.V. Geislingen, was overflowing with energy, and the crowd was electric from start to finish. Capping it all off with a live cover of Born Too Late sealed the deal: this is a night that’ll be burned into memory for a long time.
